John Geocaris President and CEO Little Lady Foods BENEFITS Little Lady Foods offers a comprehensive group of employee benefits We have designed a benefit package that offers a balance of time off and important insurance protection. Here's a handy overview of some of the key offerings: Health Plans Eligible employees are offered Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for themselves and for covered dependents on the first of the month following completion of their waiting period. Life Insurance Full-time employees are automatically covered by basic life insurance starting with the first day of the month following the completion of their waiting period. Employees are able to purchase additional coverage for themselves, and for their spouses, and children. Accidental death and dismemberment coverage is available as well. Disability Coverage Regular full time employees who have completed their waiting periods are eligible for long-term disability insurance, and can purchase a short-term disability policy for themselves. Retirement Savings Plan - 401(k) Little Lady Foods offers employees the opportunity to save money for retirement from each paycheck on a pre tax basis. There is a company match that employee is eligible to keep upon vesting. Paid Time Off Employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) starting with date of hire. PTO is a combination of vacation, sick and personal time that is accrued on a monthly basis to be used for time off. Also, Little Lady Foods provides a competitive paid Holiday schedule.
